No Class Thursday Evening (8/28)
Brittany is terribly sorry, but has to cancel Thursday evening’s Gentle Yoga. She will be out of town until next Wednesday, but her classes will resume next Thursday (9/4).
Yoga Isn’t Just for Adults
We are hosting our first ever Kids Yoga class! This class is for children ages 4+ and will feature a fun story to help kids learn basic yoga poses and breathing techniques.
An adult must accompany their child through the whole class.
$10 for one adult and one child. $5 for additional children. (No more than 3 children per adult.)
Registration is required for this class.
Yoga Classes
Every class features pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and guided meditation.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
