Sign Ups Required for Brittany’s Classes Starting November 18th.
With the holiday season being extra busy and our beginning to make changes to the studio, if there are no sign-ups 1 hour prior to Brittany’s classes (or 10am on Sundays for Happy Hour classes), the class will be cancelled. Walk-ins are welcome if there is class, but don’t risk the studio being closed by making sure you sign-up!
Yoga Classes
Every class features pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and guided meditation.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
