New Class Added!

Dawnlight Yoga now has classes every day of the week! Sandra is adding a Dynamic Vinyasa class to Wednesdays from 7-8p to help you get over that mid-week hump!

Yoga Classes

Every class features pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and guided meditation.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
