Yoga for ABSOLUTE Beginners

If you’ve heard about all the benefits of yoga, but think it’s impossible, this class is for you! The class will break down all the basics of yoga including how to use props and modify common poses for any body!

Pride Yoga

Join Brittany for a special pay by donation all-level yoga class focused on self-love. All donations collected will go to Pride Franklin County. Can’t make the class? You can still donate to support this incredible organization!

End of June - July Schedule

Starting Thursday, June 26th, Dawnlight Yoga will be temporarily closed. Sandra’s classes will resume the beginning of July, but the schedule will be released weekly instead of monthly. Make sure to check our google sign-up form, the website, and social media for updates on class times.

Yoga Classes

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation, we promote thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
